Productive Grad Team
I have an M.S. in Energy Planning and a Ph.D. in Interdisciplinary Ecology. Being a grad student can be tough. You have to try to keep motivation and focus on all the time. I have tried many apps and therapies to increase productivity, focus, and happiness. I participated in many groups and became a reference for resilience among my peers because although I've experienced several depressive episodes I would always rise back and get the work done on time. I know how simple tools can help scientists (and other people too) to increase self-esteem and achieve better results. My idea is to create a platform to reduce the anxiety problem among grad students.
